ProLink sells digital services. There is no physical shipping.
How delivery works
After payment is confirmed, activation instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Follow the instructions in that email to complete activation on the eligible account.
Delivery time
Activation instructions are typically delivered within 1 to 24 hours, depending on working hours and time-zone differences.
If delivery is delayed
If you have not received your activation instructions within 24 hours, check the inbox and spam/junk folder for the email used at checkout. Then contact support@prolinkstore.com with your order number so we can review the order status.
Delivery confirmation
Digital delivery is made to the checkout email address. Keep access to that email account available until activation is completed.
